Explorers of Ixalan est une variante Casual de Magic: The Gathering. Dans cette variante multijoueurs on ajoute sur la table une carte composées de thuiles hexagonales, les joueurs peuvent choisir de payer leur coût de mana pour découvrir et profiter des effets donnés par la tuile, le but étant de découvrir la mythique cité d'Orazca.

Il est possible de jouer avec les decks préconstruits fournis mais on peut aussi jouer avec ses propres decks !
